In 1988 Søyr initiated an ambitious project called "Crossroads" for The Molde International Jazz Festival. Five bands participated and were on stages surrounding the audience. Composer Rolf Wallin wrote music that connected the groups. NRK's "Evening News" (Norwegian Broadcasting Company) made this reportage.
